Tutorial: What do I do if I have a Cloud for an Avatar?

Recently many students have said that they have logged in and their avatar is a cloud.  Usually this means that their "shape" has been taken away.  There are three things to try.

1.  Right Click on your avatar and choose, Appearance.  Sometimes that refreshes the avatar
2.  Right Click on your avatar and find the "Refresh" option in the Pie Menu.  You may have to go to "Tools" first.
3.  Replace your outfit.  Hopefully you have a starter outfit that you have created.  You can go to your inventory ----> Find a Clothing outfit ----> Right Click on the Outfit Folder ---->  Choose Replace outfit.  That should reset everything for you.
