Islands of Enlightenment Tutorial- The Lag Meter

I saw a wonderful session in Second Life by an Avatar named Joey Aboma about how to reduce lag when inworld.  Lag you say?  Well, lag is when things appear slow and choppy.  I know this happens from time, and the lag meter can help identify where the problem is coming from.  The best part about it, is that the lag meter is pretty easy to find and very easy to use.  I have created a quick tutorial on it below.  You can also see Joey's nice blog post about fighting the "Lag Monster" in the link attached.   Of course the most important part is that if you get a red light on the server side of things.  Make sure you let us know, because that is a problem on our side of the world and not yours.
